Batheaston Community Store
We are planning to hold a public meeting via Zoom on 18th November at 7.15pm where we will be able to present our current ideas regarding the community store and proposals and receive feedback from residents.

A community open day at the Batheaston Football Pitch will be held on Saturday 26th June, 11am - 1pm, to showcase the forthcoming sessions with some refreshments provided at the Rhymes Pavilion.

As I gaze across the meadows, flooded yet again this year by a barrage of water, beautiful yet at the same time unnerving, I wonder if I am looking at the realities of climate change. It is well known that climate change means a wetter world, warm air holds more moisture and yet the disruption of individual weather systems is still hard to pin down to global warming.
