FRUIT PRESSING SESSION

Community Apple and Pear pressing session with Celia Smith’s hydro press In the Batheaston Riverside Car Park next to the toilet block.

Fruit needs to be clean and not badly bruised, please separate eaters from cookers. Juice can also be frozen as it ferments quite quickly.

Unpasteurised juice   £2.50 in 750ml bottles provided or £2 per litre if you bring your own container
